ecocanopy™ Commercial Exhaust Canopy Warranty

ecocanopy™  warranty period is for 3 years starting from the date of project practical completion and subject to the below T&Cs. As per ecocanopy™ warranty for all ecocanopy™ and ecoshield™ products, field service thereafter will be charged at ruling rates.

• Our obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing any part of the ecocanopy™ exhaust hood which, within 3 years of practical completion, is proven to our satisfaction to be defective (excludes any parts and items NOT provided by ecocanopy™).
• UV systems and related components have a 1 year warranty subject to on time servicing.
• ecocanopy™ warranty covers parts and labor to repair and / or replace and parts that are found to be defective during the 3-year period of normal operational use.
• The warranty does not cover charges resulting from service rendered outside normal business hours. After hours service is subject to charges in line with arbitration awards and conditions.

ecocanopy™ Australia shall be under no obligation to cover:

•  In any case where defect is due in any way to misuse, neglect, accident or any similar cause.
• If the product has been altered or repaired by anyone other than person/s authorised by ecocanopyTM Australia.
• Light globes, glass.
• Electrical failure of mains power supplied by others.
• Incorrect operation of mechanical works and any other faulty operating equipment supplied by others.
• Failure or faults caused by any unforeseen occurrences such as fire, floods and other natural disasters.
